President Biden responds to special counsel report on classified documents

Special counsel Robert Hur issued a report Thursday on President Biden’s handling of classified documents, which criticized Mr. Biden’s handling of the documents, but found that no criminal charges were warranted. Mr. Biden responded to the report in a speech in Leesburg, Virginia, saying, “The matter is now closed.”
