Trump immunity denial clears way for trial if Supreme Court doesn’t hear another appeal

With former President Donald Trump’s claims of prosecutorial immunity denied by a federal appeals court, special counsel Jack Smith’s election interference case will likely proceed fairly quickly. That is if the Supreme Court doesn’t decide to take up Trump’s likely appeal of the decision. CBS News chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford has more.
