Austria’s interior minister says a third person has been detained in connection to the alleged terror plot at the now-canceled Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna. A 19-year-old and 17-year-old were arrested Tuesday, while a 15-year-old was also interrogated but not arrested. BBC News correspondent Bethany Bell has more.
