Volunteers clean up Missouri River near St. Charles

ST. CHARLES, Mo. – A group of volunteers spent part of their Saturday cleaning up a 10-mile stretch of the Missouri River near St. Charles. More than 200 volunteers participated in the cleanup event Saturday, removing plastics, tires and other items of trash. The Missouri Department of Conservation also participated in the cleanup.
