Hurricane Ernesto brought heavy flooding to Puerto Rico Wednesday, leaving hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses without power. It is expected to strengthen before it takes aim at Bermuda as early as Friday. Manuel Bojorquez reports from Puerto Rico.

Inflation drops below 3% for first time since 2021

The Labor Department reported Wednesday that consumer prices rose just 2.9% in July, the first time the year-over-year inflation rate has dropped below 3% since March of 2021.
