Family, Hyatt Hotels call for criminal charges after man dies while restrained by security
The family of D’Vontaye Mitchell is calling for criminal charges against the employees who restrained the 43-year-old man in a confrontation that led to his death outside the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Milwaukee.
