ST. LOUIS – A Jefferson County, Missouri, man appeared in federal court on Tuesday to be sentenced for selling drugs and guns in St. Louis and Fenton.

Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri said Donye “El Baggo” Peace, 19, admitted selling cocaine to undercover ATF agents on multiple occasions in August and September 2022. He also sold a Glock pistol to one of those agents on Sept. 7, 2022 and two additional handguns on Sept. 15, 2022.

Peace pleaded guilty in November 2023 to four counts of distribution of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine, one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug-trafficking crime, and one count of dealing firearms without a license.

Federal law enforcement and prosecutors said Peace’s Instagram account contained a hyperlink to a Telegram group chat called “Local Pharmacy,” where he offered drugs for sale. He created another Telegram group chat called “Local Ammunitions,” where he sold firearms.

A U.S. District Court judge sentenced Peace to 70 months in federal prison.
