15-year-old shot in North St. Louis early Thursday morning

ST. LOUIS—A 15-year-old in North St. Louis was shot just after midnight Thursday morning. This was in the 1100 block of Riverview Boulevard in Baden. When the police got there, the teen was conscious and breathing.
